Homeowners can relax while we care for your vacant home. Weather you are away for vacation or for the winter we will keep a careful watch on your home.
Common services include regular checks for: signs of forced entry, broken pipes, leaks, furnace and water-filter systems and storm damage. Your interior lights will be turned on and off alternately, and there will be visible signs of us having been there so others will have no reason to think the house is empty.
We can also contact you should there be a problem and oversee necessary repairs while you are away and make sure snow plowing and shoveling duties are taken care of.
Checks are made on a frequency schedule mutually agreed upon between the Homeowner and Audica, and reports are sent with each invoice so you are kept up to date on your home.
