A few years ago a patriots day storm caused tremendous damage and kept those with the proper equipment moving from one house to another and many went two or tree days without sleep trying to save people from serious water damage.
What a lot of homeowners learned that year was that the fire departments insurances companies would not allow them to pump homeowners basements unless the water levels posed imminent danger. The fire departments worked tirelessly and did a fabulous job at saving many home heting systems etc, and calling in volunteers with equipment. It became clear however, that more needed to be done.
A couple of volunteers from one of the local fire departments asked us to buy a water pump and offer the service; Audica has been on call 24 hours a day, 7-days a week ever since.
We are capable of pumping 180+ gpm with a 20ft lift and we can discharge the water up to 50 ft away. We can document excessive damage for insurance claims, removing debris and treat the water-soaked structure to prevent mold and bacteria.
